As of midnight this Thursday morning, DirecTV may remove CW4 from their service.  DirecTV customers that wish to continue to receive CW4 are encouraged to call Dish Network or their local cable provider to switch their service.  The local and other programming provided by CW4 is important to the communities that it serves.  You will not be able to watch programs such as America's Top Model, and Smallville.

DirecTV is the only major provider that Bonten Media Group, Tri-Cities could not reach a fair agreement with. You should be aware that DirecTV already charges viewers a fee for all the programming they receive, including CW4, but refuses to compensate CW4  fairly.  All CW4 has asked for is less than a penny a day of that fee.

In the meantime, negotiations are ongoing and we are working hard to resolve this issue in a fair and timely manner.
